Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Menzels Pension Drehscheibe, I was astounded by the exceptional level of service that exceeded all my expectations. Not only did the hotel provide free Wi-Fi in rooms, but they also went above and beyond by returning my forgotten shower bag promptly, showcasing their remarkable attention to detail and care for their guests. The cozy ambiance of the room with its carpeted floor and modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, made for a truly comfortable stay. The staff's warm hospitality and the convenience of free toiletries added a personal touch that truly set this experience apart. It's rare to find a hotel that combines such genuine care with top-notch facilities, making Menzels Pension Drehscheibe a true gem in Görlitz.
